Job Title: Executive Director
Reports to: Director of Operations
FLSA Status: Exempt
Position Summary
The Executive Director will be leading and overseeing all the strategic and operational aspects of the community. Will be responsible for building and promoting a positive and rewarding environment for the residents and team members as well as meet and exceed overall business goals. Ensure the day-to-day operations of the community are handled safely, and in compliance with the different laws and company’s policies and procedures. Communicate, cultivate and reinforce the Vision and Values of Provision Living.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Supervisory Responsibilities
Directly supervises employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance to the Company policies, the Code of Ethical Business Conduct and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university
Skills/Experience
Travel
Employee must be able to travel 10% of the time.

To excel in this role, it is crucial for the employee to be prepared for the possibility of working with residents who may exhibit disruptive behaviors, including verbal or physical contact issues.
